Nick Daley received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his Masters of Architecture from Ohio State University. Over a 40 year career, as the managing partner of a nationally recognized architectural firm and as the principal of his own firm, he has been responsible for the design of over 1,000 projects in six states including office buildings, manufacturing facilities, banking facilities, data centers, automobile dealerships and retail centers.
Daley has served on numerous governmental committees and non-profit boards of directors including Trout Unlimited, The Children’s Literacy Center of Colorado Springs and The Glenwood Springs Historical Society.
Upon retirement, he and his wife, Carla, searched for the right place to settle down.
